Terrific unit with a balcony.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was impressive, with climate control and a TV. The staff were more than helpful and really took care of me. Hotel's location was great and brilliant, to find a place to park.

Bright and fairly quiet units on level 3, loved it. Could use a mini bar, a coffee machine and a balcony.

The views were really bad.

It's super close to everything, a few steps from many places, in the same hotel is "Sugar Factory" so in the evening you can have a couple of drinks, the staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need, I arrived a couple of hours before my check in and still I could use all the facilities as my room was ready, on my last day my flight left at night, so I checked out and delivered the room at the set time but still they allowed me to use the facilities until the time I wanted. That helped me a lot because I had about 6 hours free so I enjoyed the pool a little bit. My boyfriend and I were very happy with the place.

At the clean-up they never brought us the water, coffee and those extra supplements they had to put in every day so we had to mark the lobby.

The room was beautiful and lovely where the wifi does n't work and they provided wake-up service when I asked. It was very close to the beach and restaurants, marvellous location overall. The hotel was located right in the heart of the city...

Locate right at the center of the most popular Miami South Beach, white sandy beach is just across the street. the hotel provides beach chair and umbrella to relax on the beach. It is so convenient located and the sea food is delicious and environment for romance is idea. The stuff is friendly, the breakfast is convenient for lazy sleep. The hotel has a very nice fitness center for free 24 hr access. It is very nice to walk along the beach under palm trees for many miles from hotel.

Parking car is $35 per night and there is no close by public parking or self parking places. And the resort fee up to $25 per day is not included in the room charge.

We loved the price and location before booking. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool overlooking Ocean Drive was a nice additional value! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the beach access and the relaxing outdoor pool area. Just a minor hiccup with the parking situation, but overall, it was a great experience 🌴

The Ocean Dr. Location was the best part, everything is just outside your door. The food, the shopping, the beach and watersports; you just can not beat it. The heated pool, also, at The Thompson Hotel is top notch! It is warm and inviting and my six-and-a-half-year-old loved it. The Thompson is good for families, as well as couples who want to get away for a little romance. Tip: check-out the garage on 13th St. Betw. Ocean Dr. And Collins Ave. For parking.

Metal toilet paper holder never stayed on. The front desk would promise to have things sent up to the room and they would never come up. Overall, an excellent hotel, but they need a little staff training!!!!

Very nosy in the evening and early in the morning.We have to pay for the wifi.The curtains were very,very ugly.it was not clean,in the room....

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, and helpful staff. They assisted me with printing documents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back next year.
